Official Rules for the “Win 3 Complimentary Nights at Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel Plus Two Exclusive Tickets and a Private Dinner” Giveaway by Canstays Rental Alliance
Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Can Stays Rental Alliance, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Sponsor: The giveaway is sponsored by Can Stays Rental Alliance.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Can Stays Rental Alliance as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway.
Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on April 10, 2024, at 5:00 PM MDT and ending April 15, 2024, at 5:00 PM MDT. All online entries must be received by April 15, 2024, at 5:00 PM MDT via www.canstaysrentalalliance.com/giveaway.
Second Giveaway Entry:
Runner-Up Prizes: Ten runner-ups (five per giveaway) will each win two 3-Day Full Access tickets to CanStays Conference 2024, each set valued at over $695 CAD plus tax.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

How to Enter:
First Giveaway Entry: Simply visit www.canstaysrentalalliance.com/giveaway and fill in the required information to be eligible for one Grand Prize and five Runner-Up Prizes. After entering, a pop-up will prompt you for a second chance to win the same set of prizes.Second Giveaway Entry:

- Like the Post: Find the giveaway post and like it.
- Tag 3 Friends: Comment on the giveaway post, tagging three friends. Each comment with three new friends counts as one additional entry, and you can enter as many times as you want by tagging different sets of three friends.
